General Motors Corp . is boosting incentives on pickups and sport utility vehicles while holding down such spending on cars, its North American sales chief said. "We fully realize we'll have to spend more money than we'd like to" for the pickups and SUVs, Mark LaNeve said. "We're going to keep our dealers competitive," he said. Is it your testimony, sir, that Jeremy Frazier in that time period never operated that vehicle," prosecutor Robert Welsh asked Frazier."That is in fact my testimony," Frazier said.Cross examining Frazier, George asked if he had worked as a police officer in Truro. Frazier said he was a dispatcher and police officer for "approximately two years" and a full-time patrolman for "little over a year" before starting his business in 1990.Frazier said he began operating his business out of Wellfleet in 1993 and one of three bays he rents at the site was rented in 2002 to his brother, Michael Frazier, Jeremy's brother, and owner of a landscaping business. His brother kept a dump truck, pickup, Bobcat, trailer and other equipment in the rented bay in 2002, Frazier said. Asked the color of the dump truck and pickup, Frazier said both were black.Frazier said he was also driving a pickup in 2002, a 1996 Ford F250 with a black cab and a "very bright blue" body on the back with multiple doors, a style of truck often used by electricians.Any one of your trucks, George asked, "had no business, meaning professional business, up in the area of 40 Depot Road on Jan.

The supremely talented Callie, who was involved in a car accident after the party, tragically passed away a week after the gig. The Pulse team sends condolences to her family. South Africa has lost another great talent too soon. My soap star deluxe is Nthathi Moshesh. The Scandal actress, one of our most gifted actresses, says she is having a ball on the show and looked relaxed in spite of the dreaded contract negotiations. In fact, she was all smiles talking about how her cousin, Mashechaba Moshoeshoe of Kaya talk, reads a book a day. "She has been reading since she was little," she said, before dashing off to join Scandal's Jenna Dover, Dawn Matthews, Litha Bam and Rhythm City's Jamie Bartlett, another amazing acting talent that's getting a raw deal from the industry's act-in-a-soap-or-be-jobless status quo.

'Project Runway' Recap: Designers Turn To Their Own Classics In High ...
It took four seasons for "Project Runway" to produce the challenge I've always wanted to see: using classic works of art as inspiration for fashion. In theory, it's brilliant. You take the final five in the competition to the Metropolitan Museum of Art and show them Greek, Roman, European and Egyptian masterpieces. You then give them a chance to turn timeless artistry into proof of their own genius. But what do you get when your top designers are already convinced of their own genius? You get last night's episode, which proved life imitates art only when it isn't desperate to get to Fashion Week. .

And the last one before Hollywood week sings tomorrow. Tomorrow night is the last city's audition, and it hits close to home: Atlanta. Idol hopefuls will laugh and cry, sing and dance, scream and hoot and holler, and of course, curse Simon out for being, well, Simon. Atlanta has a decent music history, as it is home to Eddie's Attic, a popular night club whose stage has seen its fair share of renowned musicians: John Mayer, Sugarland, Shawn Mullins, Josh Joplin, Billy Pilgrim, Kristen Hall, Indigo Girls, Sheryl Crowe, Ani DiFranco, The Black Crowes, Edwin McCain, Richard Shindell, Ellis Paul, Vance Gilbert, India.Arie and so many more. Then on Wednesday, I am pretty sure we get to see a bit of Hollywood week! Oh, the drama... So, what do you think? Will Hotlanta breed some hot sing .
Challenger doesn't rule out de-listing funds
CHALLENGER Financial Services has not ruled out de-listing two of its underperforming satellite funds from the Australian stock exchange. The Packer family-backed investment company today reported a 26.3 per cent fall in interim earnings to $95.7 million. Earnings before interest and tax were $150 million, in line with the same period last year, due to negative mark-to-market adjustments on assets of about $66 million. Those losses could primarily be attributed to the poor share market performance of the Challenger Infrastructure Fund and the Challenger Diversified Property Fund. Challenger chief executive Mike Tilley said the market value of the funds did not reflect the underlying value of their physical assets. "I'm not going to sit here and allow those sorts of deltas to continue without taking some action,'' Mr Tilley told analysts.
